Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out regularly every early morning by the staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation fee. Food, transportation and basic consumables are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 10000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Zya. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded if no damage is detected.
For stays shorter than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 5000 TL is charged.
