Pool and garden maintenance are carried out every other day by the responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning before check-in are included in the price.
Extra cleaning requests, bed linen/towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included in the price.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in, which will be refunded after check-out if no damage is found following inspection. Refunds are made immediately or within 1 week.
For stays shorter than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL applies.
The villa’s outdoor pool heating system is available upon request at an extra cost of 3,000 TL per night. Pool temperature reaches between 24–27°C. Guests must inform us at least 3 days before arrival if they wish to use the pool heating system.
