Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out regularly every early morning by the staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation fee. Food, transportation and basic consumables are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP is required at check-in for Villa Unlimited 1. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded if no damage is detected.
The outdoor pool heating system in our villa can be activated upon request for an additional fee of 50 GBP per day. The pool water temperature can reach up to 24–27 degrees. Guests are required to inform their pool heating requests at least 7 days before the check-in date.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 15000 TL is charged.
