Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out by staff early every morning.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and basic necessities are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Uğurlu. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
The indoor pool heating system is optional and can be activated for an additional fee of 2,000 TL per day. Guests who wish to benefit from this service must submit their heating request at least 3 days before the check-in date. The pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
For stays less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged.
