Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon first entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included.
For Villa Tepe, a refundable 5,000 TL damage deposit is collected upon check-in. After check-out, following the necessary inspections, the deposit will refunded immediately or within one week provided that no damage is detected.
For stays of less than five nights, a 6,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
