The pool and garden maintenance of the villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in for Villa Skylight. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week, provided there is no damage.
The outdoor pool heating system is activated for 2,000 TL per day. Guests must inform their heating request at least 7 days before arrival. The water temperature can reach 24–27 degrees.
For stays shorter than 6 nights, a 6,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
