Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon first check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included.
For Villa Shipahoy, a refundable 20,000 TL damage deposit is collected upon check-in. After check-out, following the necessary inspections, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within one week provided that no damage is detected.
For stays of less than six nights, a 10,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
