Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by professional staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and final cleaning upon first entry are included in the price.
Extra cleaning, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 7,500 TL is required upon check-in. After inspection at check-out, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within one week, provided there is no damage.
For stays shorter than 7 nights, a 9,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
