Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out regularly every early morning by the staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation fee. Food, transportation and basic consumables are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 15000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Royal Life. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded if no damage is detected.
The outdoor pool heating system in our villa is available free of charge between 01 October and 31 May. The pool water temperature can reach up to 24–27°C. Guests are required to inform us of their pool heating requests at least 7 days before their check-in date.
For stays shorter than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 6000 TL is charged.
