Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out by staff early every morning.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and basic necessities are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 30,000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Rosy. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
The outdoor pool heating system is available upon request for an additional fee of 100 GBP per day. The pool water temperature can reach up to 24–27°C. Guests are required to inform their heating request at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged.
