Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 500 GBP is collected upon check-in for Villa Rosy . After check-out, following the necessary checks, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week, provided there is no damage.
The outdoor pool heating system in our villa is available upon request for an additional fee of 100 GBP per day. The pool water temperature can reach 24–27°C. Guests are required to inform us of their pool heating request at least 7 days prior to their arrival date.
For stays under 5 nights, a 10,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
