NOTE 1: Villa Polina 2 is located right next to our villa. It is suitable for guests who wish to rent side-by-side villas. Both villas have identical architectural designs and therefore a single set of photos has been used.
NOTE 2: Due to seasonal infrastructure works in the Ölüdeniz, Ovacık and Hisarönü areas, temporary electricity and water interruptions may occur.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by the responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool & garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price.
Extra cleaning, linen/towel changes, transportation, car rental and similar services are not included in the price.
A refundable damage deposit of 7,500 TL is required upon check-in for Villa Polina 1. Provided that no damage is detected during check-out, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.
For stays of fewer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.
