Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.
For Villa Pearl, a refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in. After check-out, following the necessary inspections, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week, provided there is no damage.
For stays under 7 nights, a 7,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
