Villa Nautilus is a 4-bedroom villa located in the center of Kalkan. Situated within walking distance to the center, our villa is specially designed for large and conservative families as well as groups of friends. The villa features an indoor heated pool, sauna, cinema room and entertainment area.
NOTE 1: Sauna use is subject to an additional fee and should only be used for 1 hour per day.
NOTE 2: The last 150 meters of the road leading to the villa consist of a steep incline.

Important Guest Notes
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by the responsible staff. Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Additional cleaning requests, bed sheet/towel changes, transportation, car rental and similar services are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 15,000 TL is required upon check-in for Villa Nautilus. After check-out, the necessary inspections are carried out, and if no damage is detected, your deposit will be returned immediately or within 1 week to your account.
For stays under 6 nights, an 8,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
The heating system for the indoor pool and sauna is optional and activated for an additional fee of 1,400 TL per day. Guests who wish to use the indoor pool heating must inform us at least 3 days before the check-in date. The indoor pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C.
