Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of the villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and cleaning before the first check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included.
For Villa Meltem, a refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected upon check-in. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week if no damage is found.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 6,500 TL is charged.
