Our villa’s pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly every morning by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and personal needs are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Meltem. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
A cleaning fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
