The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach clubs with their beautiful clear sea for swimming, restaurant, bar and water sports facilities.

Details: In the living room with pool, sea and nature view, there is a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Details:  There is a double-storey single bunk bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and bedside table. It is on the 2nd floor.

The villa is maintained over day by friends in charge of taking care of the pool and garden.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.

For the Villa Korsan you will need to pay £ 200 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.
