Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of the villa is carried out every other day by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.
For Villa Hill Side 1, a refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in. After check-out, following the necessary inspections, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week, provided that no damage is detected.
For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged.
