Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon first entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included in the price.
For Villa Esma, a damage deposit of 7,500 TL is collected upon check-in, refundable. After the necessary checks at check-out, if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within one week to your account.
For stays under 6 nights between 01 June – 06 September, and under 5 nights during other months, a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is charged.
