Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out regularly every early morning by the staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation fee. Food, transportation and basic consumables are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 20000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Emporium. After the necessary checks at check-out, the deposit will be refunded if no damage is detected.
The outdoor pool heating system in our villa can be activated upon request for an additional fee of 20000 TL per week. The pool water temperature can reach up to 24–27 degrees. Guests are required to inform their pool heating requests at least 7 days before the check-in date.
