Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out every morning by our staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and basic necessities are not included in the accommodation price.
A 20,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in for Villa Elit 3, which will be refunded. After the necessary checks are carried out at the time of departure, the deposit will be refunded if no damage is detected.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a 10,000 TL cleaning fee is required.
