Important Guest Notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by our responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon first entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa Elit 1, a refundable damage deposit of 20,000 TL is required upon check-in. After your departure, following the necessary checks, if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week.

A cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged for rentals of less than 7 nights.
