Villa Duacı1 is located both in the center of Antalya and in the heart of nature. It is close to all the activities and natural relaxing environments of the city (sea, shopping mall, island, lake, historical places..).

It is a conservative villa that feels secure and private as the garden walls are high.

Our neighborhood is calm and clean. Although it is in the forest, there are many markets. You can reach every part of Antalya in 15 minutes. Both in the center of Antalya and in nature. Nice place for nature lovers. The location of our villa is very quiet.

Important Guest Notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is done every other day by the responsible friends.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, change of sheets and towels, transportation, car rental are not included in the price.

At the entrance to Villa Duacı 1; A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken, provided that it is refunded. After the necessary checks are made when you exit the villa, your money will be returned to your account instantly or within /1 week if there is no damage.

NOTE: TL PRICES WILL BE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT RULE.

Our guests who rent the villa are deemed to have accepted the terms of the distance sales contract on the www.sadetatil.com website.
