Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon first entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included in the price.
For Villa Cihan, a damage deposit of 8,000 TL is collected upon check-in, refundable. After necessary inspections at check-out, if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within one week to your account.
For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged.
The heating system in the outdoor pool and indoor pool is optional. Outdoor pool heating is activated for 2,500 TL, and indoor pool heating for 2,000 TL. Guests are required to notify their heating requests at least 3 days prior to arrival. Pool temperature reaches 24–27 degrees.
