Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by the responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen/towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.
A refundable 10,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in. After the necessary checks during check-out, if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.
For stays shorter than 7 nights, an 8,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
The heating system of the outdoor pool is activated for 2,500 TL per day. The pool temperature reaches 24–27 degrees. Guests must inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival if they wish to use pool heating.
