Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by the responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool & garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning before check-in are included in the price.
Additional cleaning, sheet/towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. After check-out and inspection, it will be returned immediately or within 1 week if no damage is detected.
If the heating system of the indoor pool in our villa is requested, it is subject to an extra fee of 3000 TL per night. The pool temperature reaches 24-27 degrees. Our guests are required to inform that they want to heat the pool 3 days before arrival.
For stays under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is required.
