Important Guest Notes:
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.
A refundable damage deposit of 500 GBP is collected upon check-in for Villa Çalıkuşu. After check-out, following the necessary checks, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week, provided there is no damage.
For stays under 5 nights, a 10,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
