The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and first entrance cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
For Villa Ardıç Exclusive, a refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected upon check-in. After the necessary checks at check-out, if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week.
For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged.
