Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning before check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included in the price.
For Villa Alkın, a refundable damage deposit of 15,000 TL is required upon check-in. After the necessary inspections at check-out, if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded on the same day or within 1 week at the latest.
A cleaning fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
