Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by authorized staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning before check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transfers, and car rental services are not included in the price.
A refundable damage deposit of 200 GBP is required at check-in for Villa Alba. After the necessary checks at check-out, if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week at the latest.
A cleaning fee of 200 GBP is required for stays shorter than 6 nights.
