Cancellation Notice:
All reservation cancellations must be sent by email to [email protected].
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Confirmation:
If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, the Consumer will receive a full refund of the paid deposit.
Note: This does not apply for reservations with a check-in date within 21 days.
30 Days or More Before Travel:
If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the start of the stay, the Consumer is obliged to pay 35% of the total travel cost.
If the paid deposit exceeds 35%, the difference will be refunded to the Consumer.
If the paid deposit is less than 35%, the Consumer must pay the remaining amount.
8–29 Days Before Travel:
If the cancellation is made 8–29 days before the start of the stay, the Consumer must pay 50% of the total travel cost.
0–7 Days Before Travel or No-Show:
If the cancellation is made 0–7 days before the start of the stay, or the Consumer does not check in, 100% of the total travel cost will be charged.
Compensation and Legal Enforcement:
If the Consumer fails to pay the compensation required under this agreement, the amount will be claimed by the Agent through formal notice or legal enforcement.
All costs incurred during this process (lawyer, notary, enforcement, and file fees, etc.) will be added to the payable amount and collected from the Consumer.
