Villa Narin 7 is located in the serene village of Islamlar in the hills above Kalkan town. It is part of a small complex of stone built holiday properties which has 10 villas in total. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.The villa is spread across one floor with an open-plan living room and kitchen with in island and integrated dining table, chic modern furnishings and pool terrace access. To either side of this room are the villas' two en-suite bedrooms, the master of which has a jacuzzi open to the bedroom. An indoor heated pool room is found opposite the twin suite where private sauna, shower and lounging area provided; which allows villa Narin 7 to be rented all year round. The pool terrace is found to either side of the infinity pool which cuts longways through the terrace and the building of the villa is built with it's wings around the pool. To either side of the pool are a sunbathing area and an outdoor dining area with an unusual BBQ modeled as a hollowed out tree.

Pool Sizes: Length : 9,90 meters, Width: 4,40 meters, Depth: 1,70 meters.

Indoor Pool Sizes: Length : 3,90 meters, Width: 2,70 meters, Depth: 1,30 meters.

Details: The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for an extra fee of 100 EURO per week on request. The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

From 15th September-15th June the pools heating system can be turned on free of charge.

Important Guest Notes: 

The villa is maintained over day by friends in charge of taking care of the pool and garden.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.

For the Villa Narin 7 (KAL417) you will need to pay £ 100 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.

Our guests who rent the villa are considered to have accepted the terms of the distance sales contract on www.unlimited-holidays.com website.
