Villa Narin 10 (KAL420) is located in the serene village of Islamlar in the hills above Kalkan town. It is part of a small  complex of stone built holiday properties which has 10 villas in total. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.The villa is spaced across two floors; on the ground floor there is an open-plan living room and kitchen modern furnishings and the view from this room is of mountains and the sea in the distance. A double en-suite is found adjacent to this room which has access to the pool terrace.  An indoor heated pool is available with shower and lounging area provided which means villa Narin 10 is available to rent all year round. There are two en-suite doubles available on the first floor which are light and spacious each with a private balcony with mountain and distant sea views. The a master double bedroom has an open jacuzzi opposite the bed.  A twin suite is also situated on the first floor with a view of the natural surrounding landscape. The pool terrace offers a private pool with sunbathing and seating area all set against a panoramic scene of green mountains and the sea stretching out in the distance.

Pool Sizes: Length : 9,90 meters, Width: 3,90 meters, Depth: 1,60 meters.

Indoor Pool Sizes: Length : 3,90 meters, Width: 2,90 meters, Depth: 1,00 meters.

Details: The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for an extra fee of 100 EURO per week on request. The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

From 15th September-15th June the pools heating system can be turned on free of charge.

Important Guest Notes: 

The villa is maintained over day by friends in charge of taking care of the pool and garden.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.

For the Villa Narin 10 (KAL420) you will need to pay £200 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.

Our guests who rent the villa are considered to have accepted the terms of the distance sales contract on www.unlimited-holidays.com website.
